Studio Policies:

Class Registration:

  • Pre-registration for all classes through MindBodyOnline (or your MBO app) is required; no walk-ins allowed

  • You must be registered for class at least 15 minutes before class begins

  • If you need to cancel your class reservation for any reason, you must remove yourself from the class roster via MBO, at least 12 hours in advance to avoid a penalty 

  • If you late-cancel (less than 12 hours before class start time) or are a no-show to class, you will be charged $15; Class Pack holders and Drop-ins will lose that class

  • To purchase discounted classes, you must first provide a student ID/current class schedule, state issued ID, or government issued ID (please email us for details:

  • We require a credit/debit card to kept on file for each student or family

  • You must arrive before class begins or your reservation is subject to be canceled

Discounted Pricing:

We offer discounted pricing if you are:

  • Active military

  • A senior over 65

  • A yoga teacher, or a school teacher 

  • A middle school, high school, or university student 

*ID or current enrollment/schedule required for all discounts

Member Guests:

  • Members must email us the day before if they wish to bring a guest (1 per month)

  • Member guests must create an MBO profile for our studio before arrival


  • If you place yourself on a class waitlist, please wait to be confirmed before coming to the studio

  • If you receive an email confirming your being moved onto the class roster from the waitlist, you must confirm that you accept the available roster spot by emailing us: (failure to do so could result in the available spot being offered to another student)

In-Studio Arrival & Class:



  • Arrive 15 minutes before class begins, as our teachers check in each student before class start time

  • Leave all personal items at home or in your car (purses, bags, wallets, phones, etc)

  • Wash your hands before and after class (hand soap and sanitizer will be in both bathrooms; hand sanitizer will be at the front desk, and also in the practice room)

  • We have 3 rows available, and plenty of space for your comfort



  • We rent yoga mats and Yogitoes for $5

  • Please bring your own props 

  • We do not provide loaner mats, blocks, or Yogitoes


Your Health & The Safety of Others:


Please do not come to the studio if you have have/have had:

  • A fever within the last 14 days

  • Personal contact with anyone who is sick

  • A cough, shortness of breath/difficulty in breathing, chills, diarrhea, loss of taste/smell, a headache, or muscle pain

Virtual Classes:


  • Be registered at least 30 minutes beforehand to ensure you will be emailed the Join Class link about 15-20 minutes before class begins

  • Check your spam/junk folders if you do not see the class email in your inbox

  • Click on the Zoom link to join class

  • Arrive on time to ensure you can join class

  • Mute the volume on your device to avoid feedback

  • For the safety of everyone, you must have your camera turned on for class

Auto-Pay Memberships:

  • Auto-Pay is a minimum 3 month initial commitment; early termination fees apply

  • Auto-Pay Memberships continue to renew month to month until canceled

  • Members wishing to cancel Auto-Pay must give 2 weeks notice before their next cycle runs, and all cancelations must be made in writing to:

  • We do not "hold" or "freeze" Auto-Pay memberships

  • If Members cancel their Auto-Pay, a $30 set-up fee will be applied when their Auto-Pay is re-started

  • In order to be "grandfathered in" to maintain your current monthly rate, you must be an active Member on 12/31/2022. Otherwise, you will be charged the new rate, effective 1/1/2023, moving forward

Unused or Expired Classes:

  • We do not offer refunds for unused Auto-Pay memberships, Intro One Month Unlimiteds, Drop-in classes, or Class Packs

  • If your Class Pack expires, we will only activate your unused classes if you purchase another Class Pack


  • We do not offer refunds for boutique items

  • To exchange a boutique item, it must remain factory sealed (essentials oils, etc), or be unworn/unwashed, and still have the tags attached (clothing)
