Anna began practicing yoga in 1998, at the age of Fifteen. Anna is known for teaching a strong, accessible practice and the ability to empower her students through her message.
Her 1st teacher training was in 2001, the same year Bodhi Yoga opened. She has trained with many top yoga teachers but her favorite teacher and mentor is Baron Baptiste.
Her first Baptiste Yoga training was in 2005.
Currently, Anna is a participant in Baptiste Yoga's 2020/21 FIT To Lead Advanced Leadership program with Baron.

Blake is a Tier 2 750 Hour Certified Baptiste Yoga Educator.
He has trained exclusively with Baron Baptiste, and is currently a participant in Baptiste Yoga's 2020/21 FIT To Lead Advanced Leadership program with Baron.
Blake brings a bright spirit of openness and authenticity to his teaching. His wish is for his students to empower themselves on and off the mat.
In addition to being a former studio owner, he led classes in the Travis County Correctional Complex for 3 years, the Austin Veterans Administration for 2 years, and has been a Presenter at the Austin Wanderlust Festival. He was also on Baron's assisting team at the 2012 Wanderlust Festival in Vancouver.
When Blake isn't teaching, you can find him spending time with our foster kids at Legacy Ranch Kids, out on the lake, shopping for vinyl records, on his paddle board, or just hanging out with his dogs, Grace & Bowie.
Just showing up as you are is where it all begins for Brannin. His classes will challenge your personal edge, while offering a great sense of support and authenticity.
He has practiced yoga since 2005, and has experienced the physical, emotional, and cognitive benefits of yoga first hand.
Brannin holds his 200RYT certification, and continues his journey of growth.
He will also be participant in Baptiste Yoga's Level 2 training program in the fall of 2020.
Laura has been studying yoga and Pilates since 1998. As an athlete, she looked to yoga to bring harmony and balance to her mind and body.
She believes yoga has the extraordinary power to heal and feed the soul. Her classes integrate dynamic vinyasa flow asana with the application of precise alignment, meditation, visualization, intention and prayer to create an inner journey towards healing and empowerment. I
Laura is also a mother of 4 beautiful children, a meditation teacher, a wellness coach, a reiki therapist, and a pilates teacher.
Nikki found yoga in 2006 as a compliment to competitive athletics. For over 14 years now, yoga has been a consistent source of strength as she navigated through injuries, career changes, and also life decisions.
Recently completing her 200 RYT through Baptiste Power Yoga Austin, Nikki has also trained with Baron Baptiste, both in 2017 and 2020.
She continues to learn and grow in the Baptiste community, and looks forward to sharing a powerful class with you!
Nikki will be a participant in Baptiste Yoga's Level 2 training program in the fall of 2020.
Cassidy is a 200-hour RYT and she is also a 300-hour Certified Baptiste Yoga Leader.
She completed her first 200-hour Teacher Training at Indigo Yoga in Fort Worth, Texas at the age of 18, and her life was positively changed forever. Cassidy went on to complete Baptiste Level One, Two, Three, and Baptiste Art of Assisting. She also completed an Assisting Immersion and YoStrong training with Wanderlust Yoga in Austin.
She is currently furthering her training and experience with Baptiste Yoga by participating in FIT To Lead, which is a year-long training with Baron Baptiste.
Cassidy has said before that Baptiste Yoga saved her life, and she knows that this is a big statement. As a child and growing up, Cassidy suffered with depression, anxiety, and anorexia. Yoga offered her a way out of that darkness and for that she is forever grateful.
She has seen what yoga can do for others, and she wants to spread and share her love of yoga with others. Cassidy wants others to have the chance to experience everything that yoga has given her.
Miriam’s greatest joy is to help students to realize the amazing person they are, to unlock their hidden potentials and tear down barriers to a life lived authentically. “Through yoga, my Christian faith has been strengthened and my life has been radically changed,” she says.
Miriam was certified as a fitness instructor in 1995, and completed her first 200-hour RYT certification though Chesapeake Hot Yoga in 2006. She completed another 200-hour training through Evolve Yoga and Wellness in 2010, before recently moving to Austin.
Miriam has completed Level 1 and 2 and 3 through the Baptiste Power Yoga Institute. She became certified as a 500-hr E-RYT in 2015, and is currently participating in the 2020-21 FIT To Lead advanced leadership training program with Baron Baptiste.
A Navy wife, Miriam has been married to her incredible husband, David, for 27 years. She also has two beautiful girls, Emma and Katy.
